Our Services *
Whether you are looking for a group setting or a one on one, Shed is the place for you! Our group classes are 50 min long and each day focuses on a different core muscle group.
Our Personal Training sessions are 30 min long and tailored to you! Just getting started in fitness or do you need that extra accountability? Personal training might be for you!

GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
MONDAY: UPPER BODY
TUESDAY: SHREDDER
WEDNESDAY: LOWER BODY
THURSDAY: ARMS, ABS, ETC
FRIDAY: FULL BODY
SATURDAY:FULL BODY
SUNDAY:CHALLENGES/RUNNERSCLUB/OPEN GYM(occasional Sundays)
Monday – “Upper Body” Start your week off right by working those upper body muscles. Classes are designed to work the back, chest and assisting muscles.
Tuesday – “SHREDDER” Most classes you are looking to complete the board with a running clock. You’ll get that heart rate up with a little more cardio than any other day. But don’t worry, there will still be weights!
Wednesday – “Lower Body” Most important day of the week! Time for the booty burn and strengthening that foundation we use everyday.
Thursday – “Arms, Abs, etc.” Working biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc and oh that core to get abs for summer
Friday and Saturday – “Full Body” Working a little bit of everything for a killer burn! Friday’s workout will be different from Saturday’s. Yes you can come both days :)
Sunday Runday: This workout has more of an “open gym” type feel to it. This day usually includes an optional “Runner’s Club” for the runners out there. There will also be “Challenges” almost like stations in a class. You can hit as many or little as you like. Can also come in and do your own thing for open gym!
*Most classes will have “Post Abs” after class where we will hit a little core together as a class.
CANCELLATIONS
We know sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, to avoid being charged please cancel at least an hour before the respected class time. If you do not cancel or do not show, you will be charged a $15 late cancel/no show fee if you are on a monthly or yearly membership. If you are on a class pack, you will just lose your class.
